12/01/24: Join us for your PhD. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated student to join us as a PhD candidate at the Roux Institute in Portland, Maine, starting Fall 2025! Our research focuses on the dynamic intersection of materials science, mechanics, and data analytics, offering a multidisciplinary approach to tackling cutting-edge challenges. If you are passionate about advancing knowledge in these fields, we encourage you to reach out with your resume and a brief description of your research interests.

Summer 2025: Undergraduate Research Internship. We will be recruiting an undergraduate summer research intern or Co-op for a NASA sponsored project related to 3D printing, starting June 2025. Applications will open in February 2025.

Mentorship philosophy. My goal as a mentor is to train the next generation of scientists and engineers through exposure to best practice research strategies. I strongly believe it is the role of faculty to both support and create opportunities for students and staff.
